Download a release build to my target

Hi,

I built my code for release and am using the quick panel "Debug....[Release]" link to run it.
Is the code downloaded to my target this way the release version?

Should I be able to use the commands in the "Run" menu to download to my target?  I have not been able to configure something that actually downloads.

If you look in the debug log, you can see what the tools are doing are you launch a debug connection.
