what this line of datasheet means?

hi

it says other pins have limitation of VDD+.5 

what pins are other pins?

im using usart1 of lpc1768

can p2.1 recieve 5V signal and not break?

in what page of datasheet says it can or it can not?

Hi,

Please check the table 5(pin description) from the datasheet below:

http://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/LPC1769_68_67_66_65_64_63.pdf 

In this table you can find a note about if this pin is 5v tolerant.

In addition please check the table 8. (static characteristics)
