lpc 1347 using built-in functions

I just started my adventure with microcontrollers. I am working on lpc 1347. There is many functions used in examples (for example Board_LED_Toggle(), Chip_ADC_Read_Value() etc.). Where I can find its documentation or manual? I have lpc1347 reference manual. My second question is what I should learn first? Thanks!
