Where can i find what goes in the config.yaml file used by nxpkeygen?

Hello I am trying to use nxpkeygen to generate a DC for debug authentication as described in LPC55sxx Debug Authentication pg10.

However this command insists on a config.yaml (or config.yml - the document is inconsistent), however, there is no description of what goes in this file other than "debug access restrictions and so on".

Please can you point me to where I can find the documentation of what needs to be in the file. Or at least maybe and example file.
