USB examples implementing the CDC Class and others are included with the LPC-Open package for the LPC43xx line of MCUs, which can be downloaded from the following page of our website:

These LPC-Open Packages are also included with the MCUXpresso IDE Installation, and can be imported into MCUXpresso by clicking on the "Import projects from filesystem…" option in the Quickstart Panel, and choosing the corresponding LPC-Open Package for your board.
There's examples for the CDC Class with UART and VCOM.
