Hi,

I am using LPC4367JBD208E in my product. I Need to know the Reset and Watchdog IC to be used along with LPC4367 to reset it.

Thanks

Dear Sir,

Hi, Xiang

Kindly let me know what is the RESET pin current required to reset the LPC4367 MCU.
It is not clearly mentioned in the datasheet.

Thanks
Manish

Hi, The Reset pin is a general standard input pin, the leakage current is about 3nA typically in both high or low logic input. Pls download the data sheet of LPC436x from the following link and refer to section Table 11. Static characteristics …continued, check the Ill and Ilh specs. https://www.nxp.com.cn/docs/en/data-sheet/LPC436X.pdf Hope it can help you Regard XiangJun Rong

Hi, Manish,

The LPC4367 has internal power-On Reset and watch dog, so in general, it is okay to use an RC circuit for the Reset pin, external watch dog is not required.

If you do want to use external Reset circuit, I do not think there is special requirement for the Reset circuit, anyway, you can consider UM805/UM811/UM812.

Regarding the external watch dog, I have not idea. But you can search it on Google.
