In the LPCxpresso ide when i try to create serial number and activate, the bower open and sends a request for the key, but then it hangs and does not do any think in the browser.

I have a 32 bit - windows 7 and the MCUXpresso only supports 64 bit machine. Also the RC663-LPC1227-Polling demo in the application mentions that any newer version will not work with the demo. i.e in section this is what is said:-

For development please use the LPCXpresso version 4.x. Newer versions of the IDE are known not to work correctly with the provided software examples.

I have looked on the internet and raised a support ticket to NXP, but no Joy! see attached guide.

Does any one know how to activate a key for version 4 LPCXpresso? or will MCUXpresso run the demo software.

You've not activated your LPCXpresso, which is why you get this error. See

But, you should now use MCUXpresso as this has replaced LPCXpresso and you do not need to register it.
