Hi,
I am Trying to install NET-SNMP 5.4.3 but getting the errors.The problem is when i was installed NET-SNMP then it is showing
../agent/.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so: undefined reference to `netsnmp_register_null_context'
../agent/.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so: undefined reference to `netsnmp_register_null'
../agent/.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so: undefined reference to `netsnmp_get_bulk_to_next_handler'
../agent/.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so: undefined reference to `netsnmp_register_old_api'
../agent/.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so: undefined reference to `netsnmp_init_helpers'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [snmptrapd] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/mohan/net-snmp-5.4.3/apps'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 1
Initially it was also shown the
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lperl error
But that was rectified by installing libperl-dev package. I have tried to rectify remaining two errors but the problem has not solved.
I attached the snap shot of error message also it is useful to give answer.
