The LPCXpresso54018 support both Super-Twisted Nematic (STN) and Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) displays. Its has a dedicated DMA controller, and a programmable display resolution including 320 X 200, 320 X 240,
640 X 200, 640 X 240, 640 X 480, 800 X 600 up to 1024 x 768 pixels, and supports up to 24-bit true-color mode.
The larger size of LCD Panel supported for this LPC is 1024 x 768, the product that we currently have available compatible with your LPC product is in the link above and has the requirements that you need, but for a larger device you can purchase any other brand taking on account the dimensions and that it has to be either Super-Twisted Nematic or Thin-Film Transistor.
