HI ASLAM SYED

I wonder how I can reproduce your issue.

You use MCUXpressoIDE_11.0.0.

- What's your SDK version?

- do you use NXP demo board or your own designed PCB?

- What emulator interface do you use?

- Your board can't connect MCUXpresso IDE when debug lpcxpresso55s69_gpio_led_output. please send me screenshot about that.

Thanks.

Have a great day,
Jun Zhang

Hi Jun Zhang,

Please find the details below:

- What's your SDK version?

1. I am using SDK_2.6.2_LPCXpresso55S69

- do you use NXP demo board or your own designed PCB?

1. I am using NXP LPC55S69 EVK board

- What emulator interface do you use?

1. I am using CMSIS-DAP

- Your board can't connect MCUXpresso IDE when debug lpcxpresso55s69_gpio_led_output. please send me screenshot about that.

1. Please find the screenshots attached

HI

1. first I would suggest you refresh your LPCXPresso55s69 CMSIS-DAP firmware with LPCScrypt. Make sure your board is in DFU mode during updating. Thus we can make sure the on board debugger firmware is in good.

pastedImage_1.png

2. remove DFU jumper, reconnect board. you should be able to see LPC-Jlink2 appears in device manager:

pastedImage_2.png

then create a NEW project under a NEW workspace, test how it works. if still can't connect. test it on another computer.

3. If above can not help you, I suggest you try latest MCUxpresso IDE v11.0.1+ SDK2.6.3.  I have tested these combination, it works well.

I was told SDK2.6.3 will be released on 25,Sept.

Have a great day,
Jun Zhang

Hi Zhang

After updating to the latest NXP SDK 2.6.3, I am able to flash successfully without any errors. So it must have been some issue with old SDK 2.6.2

Hence my issue is now resolved. Thanks again for your support
