LPC556X BGA Package ?

Hello all,

In Data sheets of LPC556X Microcontroller, VFBGA98 packages are seen. Contrary to that, there are no BGA options to buy. Only LQFP are there.

Can I know when will this VFGA package will be available ?

Hello Tilak,

IT is correct the LPC55S6x family it is going to have a VBGA98 package available in Q32019, If you need the device earlier please contact your local NXP Sales, they would be able to help you.
