LPC54114 在產品PCBA 上進行燒錄

我們正在用 LPC54114 進行我們的產品開發，將來產品會在PCBA 上進行燒錄工序。

現在設計PCB要預留燒錄Pin的接線焊盤。煩請提供以下資料：

1. LPC54114 的燒錄器是那種？(要接線到PCBA上燒錄)

2. 提供LPC54114的燒錄腳的接線圖及需要的外接零件(例如拉高電阻等)

3. 燒錄時 MCU 的供電方法(燒錄器自帶電源還是要MCU外接電源)

4. 提供Windows燒錄軟體及燒錄程序指引

Thank you for contacting us. LPC54114 uses LPC-Link2 as programmer via SWD interface. Regarding to the debug interface design, see this article:

With LPC-Link2, no external power supply needed.

謝謝你的回覆，有些問題想了解清楚一點：

1. 想確認一下，要燒錄MCU，是否只需要連接 SWCLK, SWO, SWDIO和 GND 四根線到 LPC-Link2 的SWD 界面 J7 插頭便可？

2. SWD 界面的外加電阻部份，能不能改用外接 "10K-100K Ohm pull-up resistor to VCC"  以避免 MCU有內帶電阻接上VDD，而外接電阻接到GND的問題。

3. 配合LPC-Link2 用來燒錄的Windows 軟體是那一個？我們是生產使用的，所以不希望軟體上顯示任何原碼的source code，只是顯示簡單的燒錄介面便行。

Hi

LPCXpresso54114 J7 port is USB debug interface. it is used in development stage —— debug on board LPC54114 via on board emulator. It is not for mass production because on board emulator only exists on demo board.

For custom designed board, we use SWD interface to debug. See JP2 (SWD ) on demo board

SWCLK, SWO, SWDIO and GND are for SWD interface.

SWD design, refer this : the 3 pins I highlight are necessary. SWO pin is for trace feature, if you don't need trace, you can leave it unconnected.

In production stage, there is no source code on bin file. We recommend you use Flashmagic as PC programming application.. see this article
