具体情况如下:

1.目前的测试所有外设都已经去掉

2.SDRAM, FRAM, SP706

6.已经检查过,未能发现什么问题

7.Cortext-M4 204MHz; Cortext-M0 204MHz

请提供关于这款芯片运行中各个频率时的温度参数,我们以用来参考目前温度是否正常,谢谢。

不好意思,我们没有芯片运行时各个频率的温度参数,只有功耗跟主频和温度的变化曲线:

有没有具体的温度数据,环境温度多少度?芯片表面温度多少度?

请问flash bank A/B 加速器配置的FLASHTIM的位值寄存器地址是多少,如何操作,因为这个芯片寄存器太多了,  没有找到。

另,请问贵司能否使用电话等联系方式,以及派工程师上门解决技术问题,谢谢。

你好, Maggie

请参考下面的信息配置FLASH BANK A/B加速配置寄存器:

Flash Accelerator Configuration for flash bank A register (FLASHCFGA, address 0x4004 3120);

Flash Accelerator Configuration for flash bank B register (FLASHCFGB, address 0x4004 3124).

Following reset, flash accelerator functions are enabled and flash access timing is set to a default value of 16 clocks.

If customer want to modify the [FLASHTIM] value of FLASHCFGA/B register, please refer below code:

LPC_CREG->FLASHCFGA = (0xF << 12) | (0x1 << 31);

LPC_CREG->FLASHCFGB = (0xF << 12) | (0x1 << 31);
