LPC407x/8x Ethernet

In paragraph 3.1 of the errata sheet "ES_LPC407x/8x" I found that the MII interface of the LPC407x/8x family is not working properly because for transmitting data the RX_CLK is used as the reference clock instead of TX_CLK.

I implemented the LPC4076FET180 in my board. My question: Is a new revision of this microcontroller available where the issue is fixed or is a new revision planned?

I know that I could use RMII instead of MII but the board already passed the EMC tests and I'll have to do them again if I change to RMII because of the double frequency of RMII.

Hi Alfons Austerhoff,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and
the opportunity to serve you.
As I know, the bug still exists in the LPC407x/8x.
Sorry for bringing any inconveniences to you.

Have a great day,
TIC
