LPC4078 pins p0[29] and p0[30] not boundary scan senseable

in the .bsdl file of the mentionen controller, both pins are defined as "linkage" and not as "inout". Is this intended?

I can not read out these pins in my BS tool.

Only the two pins can not read out, other pins can work well?

the complete part number would be LPC4078FBD100 with its BSDL file.

Yes, other pins work as expected, just those two do not.

I have confirmed with our SE, the pin marked as "linkage" means can not read out.
