I use LPC11E68JBD64_SPI ,I can't config the SPI serial data transfers start with the least significant bit. please help me.

Yes, SPI of the LPC11E68 is always MSB first, it can not be LSB first>

There is NOT a register to select the MSB first or LSB first for LPC11E68, the default is MSB first.
