Hi guys,

I was wondering why there is an inverter (74LVC1G04GV) on the REFCLKO signal
between the LPC1769 and the LAN8720, on the LPCXpresso 1769 board.
Is it to delay the clock?

I'm wondering getting such answer too, since most of the boards have one, but I have a board from Haoyu Electronics in China named LPC1768-MiniDK2 which doesn't have one, and the ethernet seems to work properly. Since I wish to design my own board, I don't know if it is really needed.
