How to interface ethernet with uezgui-1788-70-wvm using tcp/ip without rtos?

Hi,
I was tested ethernet with uez provided source code, but we need to communicate in internet protocol layer . Is there any demos or any other examples ?

Very first time magic message should be send or not through ENET_TX?? Or message should use only in power save mode or sleep mode only? Can anybody clarify me?
Can we transmit information message to IPV4 protocol?
we wanted to communicate with internet protocol using LPC1788 + LAN8720. Let me know, Is there any suggestions or any datasheets should i have to follow? I am new to network related firmware coding
