How to configure CMPA.DCFG_CC_SOCU_PIN and CMPA.DCFG_CC_SOCU_DFLT

when I try to  set different tier development ,set CC_SOCU_PIN(0x9E410) = 0xFC0003FF and CC_SOCU_DFLT(0x9E414) = 0xFC0803F7,   reset LPC55S69,   the usercode can run ,I cannot enter ISP BOOT。

1，How to set CMPA.DCFG_CC_SOCU_PIN and CMPA.DCFG_CC_SOCU_DFLT？

2，How to run debug authentication？

For offical document， the only material is UM. SDK is developing debug authentication related demo, but not release.
