How long is the retention time of the EEPROM inside the LPC43S37JET100?

I need to know the retention time of the EEPROM. I can find only the number of write/erase cycle (>100k) but no info regarding the retention time.

Hi Andrea Cecconelli,

   The retention time of EEPROM inside the LPC43S37JET100 is:

1. Tamb = -40 degree C to +85 degree C, the retention time is at least 20 years.

2. 85 degree C < Tamb <=105 degree C, the retention time is at least 10 years.

Actually, you can find this information in the LPC43S37JET100 datasheet:
