FCn_SSEL2 and FCn_SSEL3 are only on FC3 and FC4 in LPC54608.

Datasheet says FCn can use a total of four Slave selections,
LPC54608 pin description shows that only FC3 and FC4 have SSEL2 and SSEL3.
Can't I use SSEL2 and SSEL3 for other FC0 to FC2, FC5 to FC9?

Yes, for LPC546xx, only FC3 and FC4 have SSEL2 and SSEL3.

I tried to use it after seeing the datasheet that supports up to four, but it is very sad for me.

It declares supporting up to 4. It doesn't mean every FCn can support up to 4.

For LPC546xx, only FC3 and FC4 can support SSEL0-SSEL3.
