Errata of LPC43xx vs LPC43Sxx

According to the errata sheet of the LPC435x there is an issue with the CAN registers when using in combination with the ADC and other per (see C_CAN.1 in the errata sheet). However, this issue is not shown in the the errata sheet of the LPC43S5x. Is this problem solved in the LPC43S5x?

Or, to rephrase it more general: does the errata sheet of the LPC435x also apply to the LPC43S5x?

The C_CAN.1 errata doesn't apply for LPC43S37JET100; LPC43S57JET256; LPC43S37JBD144; LPC43S57JBD208 devices,

The C_CAN.1 errta applies for the below devices:

LPC4370FET100; LPC4370FET256; LPC4350FET256; LPC4350FET180; LPC4330FET256; LPC4330FET180; LPC4330FET100; LPC4330FBD144; LPC4320FET100; LPC4320FBD144; LPC4310FET100; LPC4310FBD144
