Does LPC54114 have an internal oscillator to be used with external crystal

From the datasheet and the manual for LPC54114 it is not clear if this uC has internal oscillator that would work with external crystal. 

Internal RC oscillator is not accurate enough for our application and from the manual it almost sounds like there is no option for the internal oscillator working with external crystal.

Please check below LPC54114 clock generation figure, the PLL reference clock could from 32K_CLK or external clk_in.

So, customer can connect external 32.768KHz crystal with RTCXIN/RTCXOUT pin as PLL reference clock.

Or, customer can provide external oscillator to PIO0_22 (CLKIN) pin.
