DYCS0 supports an address range of 128MBytes, this means that you could have a 1Gbit SDRAM device.
But this range is not supported by the SDRAM controller, for a 16-bit SDRAM the MCU supports up to 512Mbit (= 64MByte) on each CS.
So don't worry, your 256Mbit SDRAM will work.
