I had use follow step to recover my LPC1114

Step
1. Power off first
2. Connect ISP pin to GND (P0_1)
3. Connect RST pin to GND
4. Power ON
5. Wait 5~10 sec
6. Disconnect ISP pin to GND (P0_1) ----> Keep power ON
7. Disconnect RST pin to GND ----> Keep power ON
8. Programming ----> Still power ON

Without you providing more details, it is hard to say what might be causing your problems.

In the first place, I would suggest using the "Search the forums" box, and searching for "EM(02)", or similar, and browsing previous occurrences of this message. For example...

http://www.lpcware.com/content/forum/failed-on-connect-mem-ap-is-not-selected

If that doesn't help you to solve you problems, then please provide for information about your set up:

- What version of LPCXpresso are you using?
- Are you using LPC-Link1 (on an LPCXpresso board), LPC-Link2, Red Probe+ to connect to you target board?
- What is you a target board - a standard LPCXpresso1769 board or something else? If something else, given details
- Have you ever been able to debug your target board?
- How are are you powering your board. If using USB, then try a different port, or a powered USB hub
- What host OS  and version are you using?

If it is you own board, then check that your debug/reset circuitry...

And try booting into ISP mode before connecting...
