After many days,I think I find the answer,the lpc1769 need 10 needle LPC - link 2 downloader to download the program

Hi,

After had a brief a look through the sch above, I didn't find any apparent problems with it except the R1, it have to be removed.

So I'd highly recommend you to refer to the attachment for details.
