For a library, you just need to integrate the library to the application project, include the protype *.h, it is okay. The library is not dependent on the SDK, but dependent on the tools for example, for IAR, KDS. Furthermore, because Cortex-M0/M4/M7 use different instruction set, the library is also dependent on core in other words, the sub-family of Kinetis.
