State Machine Working in MED-BPM Kinetics TWR-K53N512 in IAR

It would very helpful if someone who would tell me how the state machine (State idle,state measure,state abort) gets changed while the code is been flashed.

As far as reading the PDF for med bpm i have understood that after providing the input from GUI it changes the state,else it remain in the state idle mode.

Hope someone would have worked on this before...
