The main differences between K21 120MHz and K22 120MHz are as follows::

The TWR-K21F120MA using MK21FN1M0AVMC12.
The TWR-K22F120M using MK22FN512VDC12.

The detail differences between MK21FN1M0AVMC12 and MK22FN512VDC12 can be found in attached NXPProductSelectorResults.
