Hi,

         I recently purchased TWR-KM34Z50.

I am trying the energy meter demo project using codewarrior 10.6 and freemaster 2.0.

While runningthe project,  Frequency in the LCD shows only 24.880hz(freemaster setting 50Hz).

I tried by changing the frequency variable in FreeMaster from 45 to 65.5.But the LCD display

shows always close 49% of setting value.Voltage is 274.25 Volts Current is 27.668Amps.

Did i missed anything.

Please help to solve the issue.

Please tell me the accuracy of K20 generator ouput .

Thanks/regards,

K.Venkat

Hi, Venkat,

Regarding your question, first of all, pls check the simulated 3phase voltage/current signal frequency, I suggest you connect the signal pin1 of J17 to oscilloscope and check the voltage frequency on scope. I suppose the G20 generates the correct frequency signal.

I have the TWR-KM34Z50 board, but the measurement code has been rewritten by somebody, can you attach the measurement code based on KM34 so that I can test it on my board? or you can give me a link to download it.

Hi Xiangjun Rong,                           Thank you for reply.I didn't tested the output signal so far.Soon i will test it with OSCILLOSCOPE.I used the code downloaded from the website. If i run the project,it displayedFrequncy less then the set value in freemaster(49% of the setvalue). Please find the demo code at http://www.nxp.com/products/microcontrollers-and-processors/arm-processors/kinetis-cortex-m-mcus/m-series/kinetis-m-series-tower-system-module:TWR-KM34Z50M?fpsp=1&tab=Design_Tools_Tab

I want to confirm the accuracy of the code generator. Please help me. Thanks/Regards,

K.VENKATAVARADHAN.
