where can i get the files such as FlashK60Dxxx512K.board、FlashK60Dxxx512K.flash、FlashK60Dxxx512K.out which my IAR 6.4 did not have ?my mcu is mk60dn512zvlq10..

You can either get them from PE micro or from IAR
