Hi.

We have examined AC current measurement using CT and meter library in kinetic M series. This time, we are considering using a shunt resistor to measure DC current in the KM series. So the question is. (1) Can I use Delta-Sigma AD? (Is it affected by LPF etc. in the built-in hardware?) (2) How to use digital filter library Please tell me any notes or application notes.

Thank you.

Hi,

The ADC in this MCU is robust so you shouldn't have problems with it and I will suggest to check to following application note:

Filter-Based Algorithm for Metering Applications

It also has some example that you can download from here.
