settings to use JTAG and PE micro multilink universal FX debugger for s32k144 eval board

I am using S32k144 Eval board and wants to debug through JTAG  port (port  J12 on board). For that I am using PE micro multilink universal FX debugger and s23 design studio, but not able to download .

Settings are given in below snaps.

When I click debug following message comes

Then When I Click yes following message comes and not completed the download,

So I want to make sure whether some settings are missing from our side or debugger is not able to unsecure microcontroller.

Please provide solution ASAP.
