I have designed a board using "NXP MK60DX256" micrcontroller where I used "TWRK60D100M" kit's pin configuration for JTAG as shown in "picture 1"  (namely "Coretx Debug 10-Pin Connector" topology as shown in "picture 2")  for downloading program and debugging purpose.  I coded my program in "Keil MDK IDE" and succesfully used "Keil ULINKpro" debugger for downloading program. Now I want to shift to "NXP MCUXpresso IDE" for writing my code. I purchased "NXP MCU-Link Debug Probe" which have debug connector as shown in "picture 3". When I use "MCU-Link Debug Probe" with  "Keil MDK IDE", I am able to download my program. But I am unable to download my program using  "NXP MCUXpresso IDE" as shown in picture 4 and 5 because "0 available SWD devices detected" error comes up. For the record to make picture 1 compatible with picture 3, I have removed pin 7 from "MCU-Link debug probe" and left pin 9 of  "MCU-Link debug probe"  floating.

How did you power the TWR-K60D100M board?
When power TWR-K60D100M board by J17, I am able to debug board with MCU-Link Debug Probe.
No need to left pin 9 of "MCU-Link debug probe" floating, the pin 9 of J16 on TWR-K60D100M is not connect to other signal.(DNP)
No need to removed pin 7 of "MCU-Link debug probe", the pin 7 of J16 on TWR-K60D100M is not connect to other signal too.

I am using MCUXpresso IDE v11.4.1 [Build 6260] [2021-09-15].

Robin
