I have hard time finding direct replacement for mk22fn512vll12 (all major distributors are out of stock). I need same package, 16-bit flexbus, 3x FTM on the same pins.
Can you please advise replacement or where to buy?
If you do not need USB for anything, and you can make a few changes to your schematic, I believe MKV31F512VLL12 would be a good, and nearly pin-compatible solution. I did not check it in detail, so be very careful!
The status for part mk22fn512vll12 is active and there has no "replacement" we can recommend. For the availability, yes, I know that there really become an issue recently. Anyway, please make reference from this post (https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-340645 )and I am pretty sure that the stock will recover soon.
