I believe that the best approach is to use the examples found in the installation folder of CW 10.3

C:\Freescale\CW MCU v10.3\MCU\CodeWarrior_Examples\Processor_Expert\Kinetis\TWR-KL25Z48M

I have made a big commitment to using PE, so starting in a different path isn't where I want to go.  So still hoping for a PE example that works.  I will be passing this along to my customer after I try it myself.

In these examples you have a low power UART with DMA example

This is not PE but will be a good starting point to use this for ADC with DMA.
