I suggest you use KDS, this IDE supports Kinetis and it is free

Kinetis® Design Studio Integrated Development Environment (IDE)|NXP 

NXP will release MCUXpresso which can support Kinetis too. but it is not released yet. Its first ‘download day’ is March 31^st, with a general announcement on April 4^th.
