frdm-kw40z could not detect by usb port

I have a frdm-kw40z,and then rework  two new component(MK20DX128VFM5, kw40z ) . 

my computer could not detect rework board( frdm-kw40z) by usb port.

so how can i do to solve this problem  ?

(Is it the new component no open sda ?  )
