design PCB with K70, DDR MT47H64 and NandFlash MT29FG08

Hello

We started some product with the K70.

To develop it, we used the tower K70 which include an external RAM end DDR.

Then, we bought a commercial product, a small board which include K70, a DDR and a Nandflash.

Now, we want product Our self our board with these element.

But we know we must take care of a track between the K70 and RAM / DDR.

What are the particular action do design properly a PCB with these 3 element (Track length?, Impedence...??)

Are they some application note about this?

Hello, 

You can find in the  TWR-K70F120M|Tower System Board|Kinetis MCUs|NXP under the software and tools tab the PCB design files and schematics. 

I found this application note of general PCB considerations when using a DDR, unfortunately, we do not have any application note of design with a nandFlash. In those elements, you will also need to consider each device circuitry and characteristics as well as your PCB materials, layers, manufacturers material, etc.
