Why not FRDM_KEA128_MSCAN demo can't send message ? KEA128 MACAN

Hi,  I download the sample code  FRDM_KEA128_MSCAN from  MSCAN_KEA_DEVD.zip .  I download it to  KEA128 Mcu, But can bus can't  receive any message,Why not  the mcu don't send message? Please help me .  It's better to  give me  the  application note of mscan . Thanks.
