Who has a more up-to-date software than AN2295(Ver 10.0.13.0$)?

I have serial bootloader AN2295(Ver 10.0.13.0$) with master and src.

Who has a more up-to-date software than this?

http://cache.freescale.com/files/microcontrollers/doc/app_note/AN2295.pdf  is the newest document that I can find and describes Kinetis version 5 protocol.

The only software package that I can find has Kinetis version 8 implementation.

However there is now a version 9 PC program (as linked here), which states that version 8 is obselete.

Where can matching embedded SW and documentation be found for the most up to date version????
