What is the exact wait time for FLL to be locked ?

I am using controller KEAZN64 and I am trying to test the wait time for FLL to be locked using external clock source 4 MHz.

Where can i find this information please ?

I searched for it in the datasheet "KEA64RM" but I found nothing related.

Could you help please ?
