I'm having trouble getting the USB-KW019032 dongle to sniff zigbee packets. I have downloaded the driver "mbedWinSerial_16466.exe" and also downloaded and installed "BeeKitSetup_3.0.2.exe". After I connected the USB dongle to the PC the blue and green lights came on. Then I launched the driver while the dongle was connected to the PC, after which the "mbed serial port (COM8)" appeared. Then when "Test Tools 12" was launched, and the "Protocol Launcher" was launched within "Test Tools" the "Devices" did not display the USB-KW019032 dongle. 

Please,any help would be appreciated.

Hello Dheemantha Dias,

Please verify that the USB-KW01 has the sniffer application programmed. You can follow the step 2.3 Download the sniffer application from the "GETTING STARTED" tab in the USB-KW01 product page for instructions on how to download the sniffer app to the KW01.
