Here you can find example codes for Kinetis 120 MHz. In these examples, you will find some example for K70 board using CW or IAR. K70_120 |Kinetis K70 120/150 MHz MCUs|NXP

Go to software & tools tab, then look for snippets, Boot Code, Headers, Monitors, etc section and then download the Kinetis 120MHz bare metal sample code (REV 1.4)
