The timing of the READ data and FB_TA

I have a question about the timing to get the data.

I use the CPU [MK20FN1M0VLQ12] of Kinetis-K20.

In READ cycle.

when FB_TA is LOW between a number clock.

Are READ data the data gotten at the last clock of the rising edge?

The read data is gotten at the first clock of the rising edge, that means the data is sampled at S2 clock's rising edge.
