The difference of assembly site X-ray MKL15Z128VFT4 (year 2017 and 2014)

   Could you help to check wether the X-ray changed between 2017and 2014 MKL15Z128VFT4 ? The image just as attachment , hope for your response asap, thanks!

Hi Brat,

I'm afraid I can't find any document about that.

Basiclly, the first line is chip type.

The second line is version.

The third line is about factory, wafer info, year, week, assembly lot suffix.

Since the first and second line is same, don't worry about other things.

yes, it is possible to have different assembly site. NXP assembles its chip in lots of factories.
