Safety Standard IEC 60730 Class C with the Kinetis MCU's?

Any hope for safety standard IEC 60730 Class C with the Kinetis MCU's?

I found the Class B software library, but it looks like only the '08 8-bit family has the required CPU test hardware (on-chip) to allow (single-channel) use in Class C.

The TI Hercules dual lock-step ARM MCU's are overkill for my application.

I'd like an L-series MCU that can do Class C.

There is no IEC 60730 Class C application for Kinetis so far.

Freescale does provide IEC 60370 Class B safety standard for Household appliances, includes Kinetis.
