S9KEAZ128AMLH EMC?

When I change the MCU(S9KEAZ128AMLK) of wireless module(SX1268) to S9KEAZ128AMLH, the MCU will reboot. The wave form on pin PTA5(RESET) is:

CH1(upper) is PTA5(RESET), and CH2 is TEN(Tx Enable) of SX1268.

The wave form of S9KEAZ128AMLK is:

It seems that S9KEAZ128AMLH run into a EMC problem, but S9KEAZ128AMLK is OK.

Is S9KEAZ128AMLH more prone to EMC problem? How can i work around it?

The KEA is communicate with wireless module(SX1268) through UART? Please show me the circuit of MCU and SX1268.

The waveform on pin PTA5(RESET) is strange, why the voltage will drop when high voltage pulse on CH2 TEN(Tx Enable)?
