Reset of SRSID register

I am using S9KEAZN64AMLC MCU (Custom board). After the software reset, the SW bit of the SRSID register is set.

When this bit will reset.?

Is there any way to reset System Reset Status and ID Register (SIM_SRSID) register?

First of all, we apologize for the delay to answer you.

The SW bit will be set until you perform a POR reset.

If you look at the KEA64 Sub-Family Reference Manual. Section 12.2.1 System Reset Status and ID Register (SIM_SRSID), only a POR reset would reset the SIM_SRSID register.
