Hi team,

We have identified the #MKE13Z512VLL9# microcontroller as the suitable for one of our application

for the hardware reset we have designed the circuit as per the datasheet we have given the pull up of 10K resistor, and 0.1uF cap. However, when observed at the MCU side, we are getting the voltage value as 1V. Kindly look into the design we drafted and let us know your feedback

Hi Celeste,

Thank you for responding. The actual part number is MKE17Z512VLL9. Its a typo error from my side.

Sure we will check once by removing C47 cap.

Thanks and Regards,

Hello @AshwiniRTeggi ,

Thanks for your post. I have carefully examined your schematic and noticed a minor issue. It is recommended that you remove C47. The MCU side voltage value cannot be 1V, and I suspect there might have been some errors during your testing process. Please re-measure after removing C47.
Additionally, I observed that in the title, you mentioned MKE17Z512VLL9, while in the main text, it is MKE13Z512VLL9. Could you please clarify which one you are actually using?
Regarding the KE1xZ chip, we have a reference design board, FRDM-KE17Z512. You can refer to its schematic design for reference.

Hope it can help you.

Best regards,

Celeste
